Ready to get started? Download the MoveSpring app, choose at least one goal from the five categories (Eat, Sleep, Think, Move, Drink), and track your progress. Meet a total of 26 daily goals to earn WellBAMA program credit and score some awesome WellBAMA swag! Once the program is complete, you can pick up your swag at Quad in Motion on October 17!
