WellBAMA Health Screenings

The WellBAMA program begins with your personal health screening.  The measurements taken during your screening include: height, weight, blood pressure, cholesterol, triglycerides, blood glucose, and other health factors. To ensure accurate results, participants should drink plenty of water. Fasting for your health screening is preferred, but not required. Once you complete your health screening you will meet with your personal health coach.

During your health coaching session, we will offer education and interpretation of your health screening results, discuss lifestyle choices that can impact health, and provide resources available on campus and in the community to assist in making positive lifestyle changes.

Benefit eligible UA employees may attend one (1) WellBAMA health screenings per calendar year

Note:  Participants can substitute blood work results from their primary care provider for the on-site blood work screening, with additional measurements completed during the health screening.
