Earning WellBAMA Rewards is Easy!
Employees can earn up to $100 per year in WellBAMA Rewards. Receive $50 when you attend your health screening and earn an additional $50 at the end of the year when you complete one program and attend one wellness class.

Program begins September 9th – Strive for Five is a 5-week program where you set at least one goal within five categories—Eat, Sleep, Think, Move, and Drink—and track your progress in the MoveSpring app as you work toward achieving them.
On October 17th, get out of the office and bring your fellow colleagues along. We’re encouraging all 6,000+ university employees to be active today, recruit coworkers to build accountability, and enjoy physical activity together on the Quad. Complete your activity passport and receive a free Quad in Motion t-shirt.
Flu Blast, sponsored by the College of Community Health Sciences, will provide FREE flu shots to all UA employees, students, spouses, and retirees this fall. Get your shot at any WellBAMA health screening beginning September 10th. Find more flu shot locations on campus at Flu Blast.
