12 Days of Wellness Winner
We hope that you enjoyed the 12 Days of Wellness, and the festive activities designed to energize your mind, body and spirit.  We received a large number of Activity Logs at the end of the program for our prize drawing and are delighted to announce the winner: Diane Channell from the Office of Information Technology was chosen at random to receive a beautiful holiday gift basket.  In addition to attending Hilaritas, Diane enjoyed one of our free massages and a blood pressure check as part of our suggested activities.  She also made time to walk to appointments, balance her checkbook and replace lightbulbs!  Congratulations to Diane, and to all of you who made wellness and balance a priority during this busy time of the year!
