A 6-week training program for faculty and staff featured in the Spring semester. This 6-week program provides 5K training plans designed to accommodate every fitness level along with mental skills training to help you get in the right mindset.



An all day event on the UA Quad in October, encouraging everyone to get outside and get moving to increase physical activity.  We’re keeping the ‘Quad in Motion’ with exciting activities planned throughout the day.



Participate in monthly activity and wellbeing challenges using a wearable device or mobile phone to help you stay motivated in improving your overall health. 




Campus walking routes offering a variety of distances and routes to encourage physical activity.



Chair Yoga, Meditation and Daily Stretches Playlists



These sessions demonstrate ways to enhance flexibility and mobility, correct posture, and alleviate stress through deep breathing techniques. 


Give yourself a break from work and screens, practice breathing, and relieve some stress so you can finish the day on a high note.
