A 5-week training program for faculty and staff featured in the Spring semester. This 5-week program provides 5K and 10K training plans designed to accommodate every fitness level.



An all day event on the UA Quad in October, encouraging everyone to get outside and get moving to increase physical activity.  We’re keeping the ‘Quad in Motion’ with exciting activities planned throughout the day.



Participate in monthly activity and wellbeing challenges using a wearable device or mobile phone to help you stay motivated in improving your overall health. 






FREE wellness yoga classes are available on campus for faculty and staff. Registration required.
