Be Well. Be Legendary with WellBAMA Rewards!
The WellBAMA Rewards program enables employees to earn points for participating in designated well-being activities. WellBAMA provides a broad range of well-being activities, flexibility to participate in activities around your work schedule, and autonomy to customize your well-being journey based on your personal interests and health goals.

To receive WellBAMA Rewards, employees will need to accumulate at least 50 points. Rewards will be distributed in $50 increments based on points earned, with a maximum of $100 in rewards available per calendar year. Rewards will be distributed in January following the conclusion of the rewards year. However, if an employee chooses to attend a health screening, they will receive the points value of $50 as a gift card at the time of the screening.
Check your WellBAMA portal to see your real-time points status for the year, register for your health screening and wellness classes, and find out more about activities to earn WellBAMA Rewards points.
WellBAMA Health Screenings
The WellBAMA program includes a personal health screening. The measurements taken during your screening include: height, weight, blood pressure, cholesterol, triglycerides, blood glucose, and other health factors. To ensure accurate results, participants should drink plenty of water. Fasting for your health screening is preferred, but not required. Once you complete your health screening you will meet with your personal health coach.
During your health coaching session, we will offer education and interpretation of your health screening results, discuss lifestyle choices that can impact health, and provide resources available on campus and in the community to assist in making positive lifestyle changes.
Benefit eligible UA employees may attend one (1) WellBAMA health screenings per calendar year.
Note: Participants can substitute blood work results from their primary care provider for the on-site blood work screening, with additional measurements completed during the health screening.

The first time I did the WellBAMA screening my numbers were not good at all. I have been doing this program for several years and they are so much better. The information that is available is so valuable to keep me on track with my health.
