Crimson Couch to 5K Run/Walk Event

The 15th Annual Crimson Couch to 5K Run/Walk Glow Event will be held on Friday, April 4, 2025. Registration will open soon.

We welcome all UA faculty, staff, families, kids, and the community to tour our beautiful campus in this unique night event starting at the Walk of Champions.

5K Course

Starting at the Walk of Champions outside Bryant-Denny Stadium, participants will travel through the well-lit campus around the quad, past the Student Rec Center, and down University Boulevard through the inflatable tunnel to finish.
