The Mental Fitness Series is off to a great start! The first two sessions have helped participants build resilience, practice gratitude, and learn ways to manage stress.

The first session, Understanding Stress, helped people recognize the effects of stress on the body and how to handle it in a healthier way. The second session, Cultivating Positivity for a Balanced Mind, focused on the power of gratitude and ways to bring more joy into daily life. Both sessions were interactive, engaging, and left participants feeling motivated.
