New WellBAMA Rewards program is here!

The NEW WellBAMA Rewards program enables employees to earn points for participating in designated well-being activities. You choose the activities to earn your rewards based on your interests and health goals. Employees can earn up to $100 per year in WellBAMA Rewards.

Upcoming Events and Activities:

Summer Walking Break on the Quad! Join us for weekly 15–20-minute walks between 10–11 a.m. to get your steps in and refresh your mind. The Wellness and Work-Life team will be in front of Gorgas Library with water (and maybe even fun prizes). Come and go as your schedule allows!
