Daily Movement and Meditation

During the month of May, take a break in your workday to stretch, move, or meditate with us!

Throughout the year, we hold week-long, virtual movement or meditation series to give you a mental break and move your body so you can return to work focused and refreshed. Each series is 5 consecutive days of 15-minute sessions that you can join right from your desk.

Attend all 5 days of a daily stretch, movement, or meditation series to earn 5 WellBAMA Rewards points.
