Minute to Move Starts Soon

The Minute to Move MoveSpring Challenge runs April 6–19 and is all about making movement part of your day in a simple, realistic way. Your goal is to reach 21 active minutes each day, working toward 300 total minutes by April 19 to earn WellBAMA rewards. Each day, you’ll also see a One-Minute Move: a quick break to help you reset, reduce stress, and add a little extra movement.

The Physical Activity Guidelines recommend at least 150 minutes of activity each week, and this challenge helps you reach that goal by breaking it into small, daily steps. Short movement breaks can boost energy, improve focus, reduce stress, and break up long periods of sitting.

You can choose any activity: walking, stretching, gardening or even playing with your kids. Each day, move for 21 minutes, try the One-Minute Move, and track your progress in the app.

Small breaks and consistent activity can add up to big benefits. This challenge is your chance to build a simple habit that supports your health – one minute at a time.
