Upside of Stress

Workshops are held during the summer from 11:00am-12:00pm in Houser Hall, Room 1002

Rather than working hard to avoid or reduce stress in your life, learn how to use stress to your advantage. Come ready to practice the skills you’ll learn in these in-person workshop-style classes to rethink stress and build a stress mindset for everything life throws at you.

Participants are welcome to as many classes as they can as the topics are connected, but attendance to all three is not required.

Learn how building and maintaining a strong community can shift your ability to deal with stress in an effective way at work and at home.

Reflect on stressful moments to highlight your strengths, thought patterns, and find your stress edge to foster resilience.
