Quad in Motion 2025

Over 600 UA employees enjoyed a beautifully sunny day on the quad full of movement and connection at the 11th annual Quad in Motion. This event is all about encouraging and facilitating movement during the workday. Research shows that even taking short breaks throughout the day can promote stronger muscles, a healthy heart, and can increase problem solving and critical thinking. To take this concept one step further (pun intended), employees are encouraged to attend with their colleagues to enhance connections and a happy culture at work.

Throughout the day, participants travelled around the quad participating in various activities and challenges designed to get them moving. They also gathered handouts and resources to help them build a regular movement routine in the future.
