New WellBAMA Rewards program is here!

The NEW WellBAMA Rewards program enables employees to earn points for participating in designated well-being activities. You choose the activities to earn your rewards based on your interests and health goals. Employees can earn up to $100 per year in WellBAMA Rewards.

Upcoming Events and Activities:

Next MoveSpring challenge and opportunity to earn 15 points – Move Over, Sweets Challenge (Nov. 3-21). Join before Friday, 11/7 and choose how you move (walk, run, bike, stretch, lift) while you focus on healthy eating. We’ll also send you tips to stay motivated and accountable. Average 8,000 steps to earn 15 WellBAMA Rewards points.

Holiday “Reset” Week – Join us December 8-12 with a week of activities to reset before the holidays. Enjoy daily stretch sessions at 3:00 pm all week with Sydney Rott from UREC, “Tea Time” break on Monday at Lucy Hall from 10:00 am-12:00 pm, wellness classes on Tuesday and Thursday, and a campus walking break on Friday at 12:00 pm starting at Gorgas Library.
