Wellness classes are offered free to UA employees throughout the year and there is no limit to the number of classes you can attend. Most of our wellness classes are online webinars through Microsoft Teams. To attend a wellness class webinar, register through your WellBAMA portal. You will receive an email confirmation containing the special link to the webinar inviting you to join the session. Earn 10 points towards your WellBAMA Rewards for each class attended.
