On February 13, the IC Hallway at the UA Student Center was filled with positivity as employees stopped by to record short video messages for their coworkers and campus showed up in a big way.
Nearly 30 participants took a few minutes to share appreciation, encouragement, and heartfelt thanks with colleagues across campus. Each message delivered a meaningful Valentine’s surprise rooted in gratitude and connection.
The hallway was filled with laughter, smiles, and genuine moments of appreciation. Participants also had the opportunity to receive a WellBAMA t-shirt, but the real reward was the joy of making someone feel seen and valued.

Acts of kindness strengthen workplace culture, boost morale, and remind us that we are part of something bigger than ourselves. Even small gestures can create a ripple effect across departments and teams.
