Strive for Five wrapped up with fantastic participation and energy! A total of 480 participants registered, employees were able to connect and support one another while working toward their wellness goals. Nearly 50% of participants joined for the first time, showing that more and more employees are taking steps towards healthier living.
The most popular goals this year were eat, move, and drink – and it’s easy to see why! Participants shared delicious recipes and meal ideas, stayed active through a variety of workouts, and focused on staying hydrated throughout the challenge. This year featured bonus events including Yoga, Zumba, Recipe Remix, and a Cooking Demonstration. These events offered fun, hands-on ways to connect, move, and learn new healthy habits – whether trying a new recipe, finding balance on the mat, getting energized through dance, or picking up new cooking skills!



Whether you completed all five habits or made progress toward your personal goals, every step counted. This challenge was all about building momentum, forming connections, and finding fun ways to make wellness part of daily life. Congratulations to everyone who participated!
